VBO Tickets participates in the Data Privacy Framework (DPF).

This Data Privacy Framework Policy is effective as of December 15, 2023.

VBO Tickets, Inc. (“VBO Tickets”) complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF) and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce. VBO Tickets has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (EU-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from the European Union in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and from the United Kingdom (and Gibraltar) in reliance on the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the EU-U.S. DPF Principles, the Principles shall govern. VBO Tickets is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission.

This Data Privacy Framework Policy supplements the VBO Tickets Privacy Policy, and unless specifically defined in this Statement, the terms in this Statement have the same meaning as the ones in VBO Tickets Privacy Policy. If there is any conflict between the terms in this Statement and the applicable DPF Principles, the applicable DPF Principles shall govern. VBO Tickets may also disclose personal information, in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

VBO Tickets may be liable in accordance with the DPF Principles for onward transfers of personal data governed by the DPF program to third parties processing personal data on our behalf.

VBO Tickets also commits to resolve complaints about your privacy and our collection or use of personal information transferred from the EU, United Kingdom (and Gibraltar) to the U.S. in compliance with the DPF Principles. If you do not receive timely acknowledgment of your DPF related complaint from us, or if your complaint is not satisfactorily addressed, you may contact or visit PrivacyTrust dispute resolution service (independent recourse mechanism) for more information and to file a complaint, at no cost to you. Under certain conditions, you may invoke binding arbitration for certain residual claims.
