The Challenge

With plans for aggressive national growth, we are looking for an in-house Sales Person with experience in selling B2B software or similar products. This role will be responsible for managing inbound leads and prospecting potential clients, taking them through our sales pipeline, and closing deals.

Your Role

Grow our sales initiative through ongoing communication and outreach.

  • Become a VBO Tickets solutions expert for prospective clients; share how our platform can save time, money and improve their service delivery.
  • Quickly respond to inbound leads and schedule product demonstrations.
  • Deliberately target and secure qualified appointments with prospective clients daily.
  • Capture detailed information to continuously update and build a client profile.
  • Maintain database of clients with updated information in our CRM.
  • Provide feedback and communication to programmers and designers to improve product offerings and customer experience.
  • Facilitate demonstrations to prospective clients, educating them on the depth of features and solutions offered by VBO Tickets.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and work collaboratively with US team to problem-solve as complications arise.

Your Skills

  • 1-2 years experience in a phone and/or in-person sales role.
  • Experience in software sales, entertainment and ticketing, merchandising and POS systems a plus.
  • Ability to initiate conversations and engage new prospective clients with outbound calls and in-person meetings.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Knows how to keep the conversation moving forward and steward new business relationships.
  • A team-player attitude with a strong desire to help improve internal processes beyond just your day-to-day tasks
  • Collaborative approach - capable of working alongside remote colleagues and supervisor.
  • Self-starter, goal-oriented and highly motivated.
  • Experience with CRM, sales, nonprofits, entertainment venues, attractions and other related services.

Compensation

Commensurate with your skills and experiences. Salary plus commission, 401k, and health plan.
