Membership duration can be configured for 1 month, 3 month, 6 month, or 1 year, including the option of auto renewal. VBO Tickets offers the ability to create different membership packages such a solo, dual, or family membership, with different pricing and discount options. Memberships can be sold online or in the box office and membership benefits will be applied to tickets within the same transaction, which is a great up sell opportunity.
For year round events unrelated to a season
Member Access
Offer patrons a membership card with their member code for quick entry.
Renewal Duration
Memberships may be renewed up to 180 days after expiration.
Upgrades
Memberships can be upgraded at any time while gaining the benefit of the new membership during the remainder of the current membership.
Patron Status
Membership status is easily identifiable on each patron CRM profile.
Mobile Selling
Sell memberships on the VBO Mobile app.
Non-season Events
Memberships are a type of a subscription not related to a season and are ideal for promoters who offer year round events, such as museums or attractions.
